Kale Chips

This is SUPER easy to make!
I remember telling my husband I was going to make Kale Chips and he was like “oh please no.”

But, I made him try them and he said they were pretty good. They are crispy and the sea salt gives it the little extra it needs!

Recipe:

  1. Preheat the oven to 275 degrees F.
  2. Remove the vein (middle part of the kale)  from the kale and cut into little pieces. Lay on a baking sheet and toss with the olive oil and pink himalayan salt. Bake until crisp, turning the leaves halfway through, about 20 minutes. Serve as finger food.
  3. If you are feeling zesty, sprinkle on some Old Bay. YUUUMM!!!
