Pre-Workout Spinach Protein Pancakes

 

Starting this new workout program and nutrition plan, we are told that eating before a workout is most beneficial. So this is the perfect meal to make that you can meal prep and eat first thing in the morning before your workout.

Ingredients:
1/2 cup cooked sweet potato
2 eggs
1 cup of spinach
3/4 tsp cinnamon
Pinch salt

Instructions:

1. Mix in food processor
2. Drop sweet potato by tablespoon and cook low/med heat for 3-5 minutes per side … make sure cooked before trying to flip.

Top with almond butter and extra cinnamon and fuel up for a great workout!
