I was the girl that paid for a gym membership for

I was the girl that paid for a gym membership for almost two years, went only TWO times and never cancelled because I was to embarrassed to walk in and actually tell them I quit 🤦🏼‍♀️
.
I was the girl that would come home from work, sit on the couch and binge eat chips, ice cream, whatever we had BEFORE my husband would come home and pretend like I didn’t 🤦🏼‍♀️
.
I was the girl that hid in my closet to get changed because I didn’t want my husband to see what I really looked like.... 🥺
.
I was the girl that acted like everything was fine on the outside.... Acted like I was this super happy new mom of two, acted like I was proud in my skin...😞
.
But then would come home and tear myself apart.... or worse, avoid going out at all ☹️
.
I finally decided ENOUGH was ENOUGH...
.
I think we all have those breaking moments when we realize we HAVE to make a change or we will fall apart.
.
My “enough” was when my dr said my depression was normal and I would be ok...
.
He was wrong. It wasn’t normal. ❌
.
But I KNEW right then and there that the ONLY way to fix this dark hole I was going in, was to do this FOR ME and to CHANGE 🎉⭐️
.
So I did. 😁
.
And GIRLFRIEND, if you are going down a hole... or you are feeling like this may be your ENOUGH moment.... or you just want extra support....
.
I’ve got you 😉
.
My next BURNING FAT - BUILDING MUSCLE IS ENROLLING .... 📝
.
....and if there is anything I can toot my own horn to, it’s running the most INSPIRING, LIFE CHANGING groups there are....
.
And getting ladies EXACTLY where they want to be💕
.
You aren’t in this alone, girl....
I’ve got you! 🤗

I set myself free... I have been so stressed about

I set myself free...
I have been so stressed about schools, homeschooling, virtual, in school.... 🤯
.
Balancing being a great mom, a great wife and a running a great online business. 👩🏼‍💻
.
But I can’t work hard and not take the time to appreciate all I have worked for.
.
So I packed up the kids, we decided that from here on out we will explore and have as many adventures as we can....
.
I left my phone in the car and used my husbands phone for pictures.
.
I left all social media and distractions in the car and I truly appreciated my family today 💕
.
We had off on a random Tuesday not by coincidence but because I decided to pursue goals of mine of being a fitness and health coach.
.
I decided 4 years ago to FIRST - work on me.
And SECOND - pay that forward to others
.
I didn’t get here by coincidence either...
I got to this point in my life with freedoms, and living where I want by GRIT and PASSION and GOING FOR IT! ⭐️
.
And girlfriend, I challenge YOU to do the same!

We can all still be great.

Great moms, great dads, great friends and NOT have the same beliefs and opinions.
.
The key to being great is make choices that are true to you, stick to your family’s beliefs and then respect and not cast judgement on those trying to do the same for their family.
.
Mask, no mask...travel, don’t travel...attend social gathers, don’t attend- your decision on what you do on your time is up to you.
.
We can still be friends and not think the same.
.
We are all doing our best.
Let’s support eachother in that, k?

We are kicking off our annual Summit with our coaches starting with paddle boarding and tacos.

I could say a million things about these amazing girls...
.
If these past months have taught me anything, it’s to have so much gratitude for all the good around you...
.
And I am so grateful for these girls ❤️

The day I found out I was having a girl,
I had this insane fear...
I had a wave of panic...
.
What if I wasn’t a good “girl mom?”
.
What if I continued the cycle of bad mother daughter relationships that had gone on in my family... 😲
.
What if she grew up and didn’t like me?
.
And then one day,
I realized the KEY to a great mother - daughter relationship... 👩‍👧
.
I realized that if I wanted HER to love herself, to be STRONG, to be INDEPENDENT, to be HAPPY...
.
I, myself, had to do and be those things. 😊
.
If I want to grow up and have an amazing relationship with the girl in my life, I had to have a great relationship with MYSELF. 💕
.
So I did it.
I grabbed a hold of myself.
Looked in the mirror.
And promised myself that I would be better.
.
Not only for me but for the little girl looking up to me. ❤️
.
Mommas - we have this AMAZING responsibility and AMAZING opportunity to be the exact person we want our children to be.
.
Whatever you want of them, try working on that part of YOU.
.
Be healthy. Be happy. Be the best version of YOU.
.
You both deserve that 😉
